Join us this summer at CEITEC Masaryk University!

June 19–22, 2018

Summer school is dedicated to PhD and Master degree students of biological sciences who are interested in modern approaches of experimental research and practical applications of recent findings in the field of genome and proteome research.  The lectures from leading experts will cover theoretical background and principles that are applied in genome manipulation and maintenance. Additionally, attendees will learn practically the most common methods of gene and protein analyses.

The event is organized by LifeB.

Attendees will learn practically:

  • CRISPR/Cas9 editing design
  • Genomic Data analysis
  • MALDI MS profiling (bacterial identification by MS analysis)
  • Fluorescence labeling and characterization of biomolecules
  • Quantitative analysis of protein-DNA interactions
